I am leaving a quick review of Stellitano Heating and Air. This outfit is amazing. I became a loyal customer when I noticed what great care they take with my mother-in-law, who is elderly and lives alone. I have a geothermal HVAC system and it is not always easy to find a tech that is competent or qualified to work on the system. Jake is outstanding! Not only is he tolerant of me asking a million and one questions, but he also took the time to thoroughly answer and help educate me on the finest of details. I am a bit of a tech nerd and very curious. Thank you, Jake and Stellitano! Keep up the great work!

Jake was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Made repairs in a timely fashion and answered our plethora of questions for the elaborate heating system in our 300 y/o home. Feeling real good about the future of the building. He’s one of the “good guys”. Thanks Stellitano team!

If you're reading reviews because you need a new HVAC company and can't decide who to go with, I hope you can stop looking after you finish reading this. My previous HVAC company had "fixed" my downstairs unit earlier this year, but it recently started running constantly and I knew there was an issue. Having lost faith in that company, I was completely skeptical trusting another company to check it out. I read the Stellitano reviews, and I decided to call them. It was the best decision that I could have made. Technician Shawn O. came to my house and immediately diagnosed the problem; he took pictures of the previous "fix" and noted that this was the problem area. He walked me through various ways to go about correcting the situation. Further, he suggested that a leak test be run to confirm the system was only failing in that one spot; I appreciated the thoroughness in making sure the issue was completely diagnosed upfront. Shawn ran the leak test, where he videoed the leak for me so that I could see it. Ultimately, as the system was out of warranty, it was determined the most cost-effective and wisest long-term situation was to install a new unit. Francis and Paul came the following Monday and installed the new unit on the coldest day of the year. Francis talked to me about the former unit as well as what I might want to look for when having my upstairs system serviced in the spring. If you want thoroughness and professionalism, you want Stellitano. Not only did Shawn do a wonderful job while at my home, but he texted to follow up about the install and make sure my system was working correctly. Customer service was beyond exceptional and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I went from being skeptical of having another company service my units to being completely confident knowing that Stellitano has my business going forward.
