Originally led by Gary and Sharyn Stellitano, the company has earned a reputation for reliability and quality service. As we move forward, we continue to honor their legacy while embracing a vision for growth and innovation.
I’m Richard Astacio, and I’ve spent my career working my way up in the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical industries. From starting as a technician to becoming an owner and operator, I’ve learned firsthand what it takes to build a company that values both its customers and employees. Now, as I take the helm at Stellitano, my goal is to grow the company while staying true to the principles that have made it successful.

industry by creating lifelong customer relationships and helping
employees achieve their dreams.
