About Stellitano Heating & Air Conditioning
Our Story
Gary Stellitano has been working in the heating and air conditioning trade since he was 17, honing his craft through hands-on experience and problem solving. Gary and his wife, Sharyn, eventually decided it was time to start their own company, and Stellitano Heating & Air Conditioning was established.
The company’s first shop back in 1995 was a broken-down truck that sat in Gary’s father’s driveway. Sharyn answered phones and scheduled appointments while holding down a full-time job of her own, and Gary was the lead technician in the field.
The Stellitanos grew the company with a simple, common sense approach — send an experienced technician to assess the issue, provide a fair estimate, and do the job right, using parts and equipment that you would put in your own home. Focus on the local community and make sure customers know you’re always there for them.
Honesty and Expertise
Our technicians will diagnose the cause of the problem, show you the issue if possible, and tell you exactly what needs to be done to fix it.
Your estimate will be broken down in terms that make sense so you can do your homework and make an educated decision. And you can rest assured that your estimate will be honest and based on the work that needs to be done.
Our Philosophy
We have technicians in the field and a business manager in the office, but no salespeople. Stellitano Heating and Air Conditioning employees are paid to do what’s right for the customer, not hit sales goals. From our first day in business, we’ve focused on the fundamentals that matter most to our customers:
- Be responsive – return calls within 24 hours
- Show up on time
- Explain the problem
- Provide the solution
- Charge a fair price
